(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.08 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Mr.A.Ravi, the Inspector of Police/respondent filed a status report stating that as per the investigation, the petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.08 of 2019.
