ORDER

The petitioner filed O.A.No.5613 of 2002 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass orders in accordance with the orders passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.612 of 1995, dated 14.12.2001. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and re-numbered as W.P.No.6881 of 2007.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by placing on record the proceedings dated 24.01.2009 passed by the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Secretary to Government/first respondent herein, submitted that the respondents have already regularised the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of his initial appointment on 23.03.1982 as a special case.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Court finds no issue involved in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
