62 & 60 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, (FTC), Vellore vide judgment dated 09.05.2019.respectively Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case Nos.673 & 675/2022 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner[IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Today also the petitioner has not surrendered before the trial Court in view of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, the suspension of sentence petitions are dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2. In the meanwhile, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the trial Court and the trial Court shall execute the warrant and commit the petitioner into prison to undergo the sentence.
