ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) Originally the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1435 of 2020 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur on 26.06.2020 and the petitioner had complied the bail conditions and he had appeared before the respondent police daily. Thereafter, vide order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Crl.MP No.1690 of 2020 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur , the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. 1/3

Now, this petition has been filed to modify the above condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly till today and hence, prayed to modify the above condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly from 01.07.2020.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in CrlMP No.1690 of 2020 on 22.07.2020 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. every first Sunday, until further orders.
