A.No.3395 of 2021 has been filed to permit amendment of plaint by substitution of the name of the third defendant from Dhanam Pictures to Dhanam Enterprises appearing in the short cause title, long cause title and the statement of addresses in the plaint.

2.A.No.3396 of 2021 has been filed to permit amendment of plaint by substitution of the name of the 32nd defendant from Bangalore Iyengar Bakery to New Bangalore Iyenger Bakery appearing in the short cause title, long cause title and the statement of addresses in the plaint. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these applications are allowed.

4. The plaintiff is required to take fresh summons to D3 to its correct name and address.

5.Though, the plaintiff has to carry out amendment, in view of the ongoing restrictions in holding the physical Court and at the same time to ensure that unnecessary time is not lost for carrying out amendment, this Court now requires the Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint. 11.01.2022 (2/2) dk https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
