This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7442 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7442 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
