This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw the petition H.M.O.P.No.649 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Trichy. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Kamala Rani

ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.649 of 2014 filed by the respondent on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram for judicial separation. Again wife filed M.C.O.P.No.404 of 2015 for divorce on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram on the ground that the she is residing with their 1 1⁄2 year old child along with her parents in Trichy.

Heard the parties. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is living with her parents along with her minor child, it may not be possible for her to travel about 300 kilometers to appear before Sub-Court, Tambaram.

In view of that, both H.M.O.P.No.649 of 2014 and H.M.O.P.No.404 of 2015 pending before the Sub Court, Tambaram are transferred to Family Court, Trichy. The petition is ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordingly. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
