The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with DVA No.31 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI at Coimbatore, and quash the same as illegal.

2. Though the petition has been pending from the year 2011, the petitioners have not taken any steps to serve the respondent, which shows that they are not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
