Respondents COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the impugned records pertaining to the Executive Committee meeting of second respondent held on 26.04.2018 as item No.73 insofar as the second respondent's Executive Committee's decision to continue clause 8(3)(1)(d) against the petitioner college and also the decision to recommend to the first respondent to direct the petitioner not to admit 150 students in the MBBS course for the academic years 2018-19 and 2019-20 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2018 and assessment report dated 20.04.2018 and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to admit the fresh batch of 150 MBBS students in the Petitioner College for the academic years 2018-19 and 2019-20.

By consent of both sides, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Even though the writ petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has stated that the representation dated 11.05.2018 may be directed to be considered by the second respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel who took notice on behalf of the first and second respondents.
4. The learned counsel who took notice on behalf of the second respondent states that they were not aware of the representation dated 11.05.2018.
5. Since, the matter relates to the admission of the students for this academic year, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.05.2018 by 28.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to put forth his case.
