Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the orders of the first respondent, dated 01.06.2015 under Ref.No.17682/N2/2015 and the final Notice of the second respondent, dated 15.07.2015 under Ref.No.4798/C/1999 and consequently to direct the third respondent to release original sale deed, dated 20.10.1999 registered as Doc.No.1938 of 1999.

ORDER
Seeking to challenge the order dated 01.06.2015 passed by the first respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed. A perusal of the said order shows that it is a consequential order. It is an order merely stating that inasmuch as the second respondent has already passed final order, the petitioner has to comply with the same. Therefore, the remedy of the petitioner lies against the said final order passed by the second respondent, directing the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to comply with the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said final order said to have been passed by the second respondent, has not been communicated to the petitioner. This Court will not go into the said submission. It is suffice to direct the third respondent-Joint Sub-Registrar-II to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2015 seeking release of the Sale Deed in Doc.No.1938 of 1999, dated 20.10.1999, pursuant its registration already said to have been done, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open for the petitioner-Company to work out their remedy within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
