Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14107 of 2020 in Crime No.1731 of 2020 order dated 17.09.2020 The petitioners shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14107 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 379, 427, 448, 120B and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.1731 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
