This petition has been filed for seeking to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register the FIR against the Police Constable Krishnamoorthy on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 23.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been done on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and subsequently it was closed on 14.07.2020.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
