Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2ndrespondent to issue patta in respect of petitioner's land along with residential house comprised in Survey NO.355/1, measuring an extent of 4455 sq.ft. along with house measuring 1248 sq.ft., in Pudhur Madhura, Govindareddy Palayam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2021.

2. According to the petitioner, on 26.04.2021, the father of the petitioner has executed a settlement deed, in Survey No.355/1 in Pudhur Madhura, Govindareddy palayam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, he filed a representation on 04.06.2021 to the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent for issuance of patta in his name. But, so far no order has been passed on the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the fact that the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2021 is pending with the second respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2021 and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
