The petitioner, who is the sister of Thepori Perumal, S/o. Govindasamy, aged about 62 years, Life Convict, Ct. No. 19892, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore, has come forward with the present petition seeking 20 days ordinary leave for her brother on the ground that their aged mother is suffering.

From a perusal of the records, it is evident that after obtaining orders from this Court, the convict was on leave from 20.06.2020 to 27.07.2020. A regular application in this fashion cannot be entertained. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petiton is dismissed.
