When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2018, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, it was adjourned to 06.09.2018 and it was made clear that no further adjournment will be given.

Since the criminal appeal is pending from the year 2013, and considering the fact, that the appellant is not interested in conducting the case, this Court has no other option except than to dismiss the appeal.
