This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para no.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1660 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30707 of 2024 dated 04.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30707 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.1660 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30707 of 2024 dated 04.02.2025 is relaxed.
