Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.918 of 2020, dated 08.06.2020 by implicating the other accused persons namely one Marceles and Mariya Delphin as Accused No.2 and 3 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC and to investigate the same in accordane with law and to file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for seeking to direct the respondent to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.918 of 2020, dated 08.06.2020 by implicating the other accused persons.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint lodged by the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.918 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC as against one Antony Manueal. Though, there are specific allegations as against one Marceles and Mariya Delphin. The respondent failed to implead them as an accused. Therefore, he sought for direction to directing the respondent to implead the said person is an accused.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that perusal of the complaint received by the respondent registered in Crime No.918 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, as against Antony Manueal. The investigation is under progress. If any allegation as against those accused persons. The respondent would definitely implead them as an accused.

4. Considering the above submissions, the respondent is directed to conduct the investigation and to find any material evidence as against the accused. The respondent implead them as an accused and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
