C.M.P.No.10186 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.55451 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 1st respondent is dispensed with.

3.Mr.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 2nd respondent and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days is condoned.

6.The learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve the papers on the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

7.The name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
