ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17-09-2014 and issue the transfer-Patta in his favour in respect of an extent of 0.09 cents of land comprised in S.No.99/9C, Thenmangalam Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District. In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent-Tahsildar for the said relief, in which event, the third respondent-Tahsildar shall consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents 4 and 5 herein or any other aggrieved party, within a period of four weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearance of the petitioner with a copy of this order, along with a copy of the said representation. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
