This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the criminal revision petition SR.No.21187 of 2024 against the order dated 02.12.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.2495 of 2023 in MC.No.8 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 22 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
