O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to delete the name of Rajamanicam in the Patta No.384 after due enquiry and patta may be issued exclusively in the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.110/2, 110/3, 110/7A and 112/10 in Veerasingankuppam Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the representation dated 02.03.2014. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent had wrongly included the name of Rajamanicam in Patta No.384 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
therefore, the petitioner has given a representation dated 02.03.2014 to the 1st respondent to delete the name of Rajamanicam and issue patta exclusively in the name of the petitioner. However, the 1st respondent has not considered the same yet.
3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
