ORDER

The petitioner is said to have purchased land in Survey No.10/3, Anna Street, Lakshmi Nagar Extension, Chinnaporur, Chennai, situated at Porur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, of an extent of 40.59 cents, as per Sale Deed in Doc.No.3272 of 1987, registered at SRO, Alandur, pursuant to which, he made a representation dated 03.01.2014 to the respondent seeking to conduct a survey, and as the same was not considered till date, the present Writ Petition is filed. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar to pass orders on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other parties, if any aggrieved, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner before the respondent with a copy of the said representation. No costs.
