2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in Crl.OP.No.15702 of 2020, this Court had quashed the proceedings in C.C.No.393 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, on the ground that there is a final report in respect of the same offences pending before the learned Magistrate. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
