ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.506 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent-Police and to file a final report within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case in Crime No.506 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the third respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
