ORDER
The petitioner herein claims to have been engaged on temporary basis for more than 10 years and in this regard, seeks for permanent absorption under the third respondent-College. Such a request needs to be considered only by the third respondent and this Court may not be justified by stepping into the shoes of the third respondent by such permanent absorption.
2. In this background, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the third respondent with appropriate representation seeking permanent absorption with a consequential direction to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent to consider the same, the ends of justice would be met.
3. In the light of the above observation, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the third respondent by filing a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent herein shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months therefrom. By taking into account the long period of service of the petitioner on temporary basis, the respondent shall not disturb the petitioner's services till the disposal of the representation.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
