This Petition is filed seeking to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.5 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Judge of the Nilgris, Udhagamandalam and transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

This matter is taken up for hearing today in the Additional list, at the instance of the learned counsel on either side.

Today, both the parties and their respective counsel are present in the Court and the parties have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise and Understanding.

As both the parties have accepted the terms and conditions stipulated in the Joint Memorandum of Compromise and Understanding, recording the same, this Petition is disposed of. No costs.
