O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent/Inspector of Police to give Police protection for measuring his land, comprised in S.No.109/5B, situate at Emapper Village.

According to the petitioner, the third respondent is objecting for measuring his property, referred above, and therefore, he seeks for police protection. In this regard, he has also given a complaint, to which, CSR has been issued by the first respondentPolice on 03.01.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the light of the abovesaid fact that already CSR has been issued, the first respondent-Police is directed to enquire into the complaint, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
