O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 323, 506(i), 420, 468, 109, 471 of IPC, in Crime No.110 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant wife of the petitioner is that the petitioner by furnishing the forged documents, as if there was a divorce between the petitioner and the defacto complainant had removed her name from the Service Register of his employeer. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false complaint has been given, due to matrimonial dispute. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a Railway Employee and he had furnished fabricated documents before his employeer saying that his wife and he had got divorce based on the fabricated documents, he has removed the name of the defacto complainant from the Service Register. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the cae and the petitioner is being a Railway Employee and had furnished fabricated documents before his employee, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 01/09/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
