The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to sanction one allotment of Goat/Sheep's shed to the petitioner considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.01.2021.
2. The case of the petitioner that, he is an agriculturist and he is having 10 sheep and 2 cows. He made several applications before the third respondent seeking to sanction goat/sheep's shed for the year 2020 - 2021 enclosing all the necessary documents, however, the same were not considered. Hence, on 25.01.2021, the petitioner has filed another representation before the first respondent seeking the similar relief as sought for in the above applications and the same was also not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court for appropriate directions.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would PageNo. 2 of 4
suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent submit that, the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2021 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
