The Arbitration Application has been filed with a prayer to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to the Applicant and by order dated 26.04.2024, Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by this Court.

2. Ms.Narmadha, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant.

3. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report, dated 18.06.2024 regarding seizure of vehicle along with the said report, he has also filed a memo dated 18.06.2024 for additional remuneration.

4. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Considering the fact that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant and a report to such effect has also been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Application is closed. However, taking into consideration of the arduous efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner towards execution of the warrant, this Court is inclined to Krishnan Ramasamy, J.

Arb.Appln. No.233 of 2024 sd grant additional remuneration. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks i.e. on or before 15.07.2024.

Post the matter under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' on 23.07.2024.
