O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5012 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order was passed by this Court on 13.03.2020, by the time he could receive the order and appear before the concerned Court, the concerned Court was closed on account of the lockdown and thereby he seeks for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
