Prayer:
Petition seeking to withdraw the suit in O.S. no. 11949 of 2010, pending on the file of III Fast Track Court (XVII Additional City Civil Court), Chennai and transfer the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

O R D E R
Though the transfer C.M.P. has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S. No. 11949 of 2010, pending on the file of III Fast Track Court (XVII Additional City Civil Court), Chennai and transfer the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction making certain allegations against the Judicial Officer, today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said Judicial Officer got transferred to some other Court and a new Officer has taken charge. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. 2.
However, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is in the habit of filing cases after cases making allegations against Judicial Officers, thereby not allowing them to conclude the proceedings and the learned counsel has also given a list of cases filed by the petitioner wherein allegations have been made against Judicial Officers, including the Rent Controller. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking into consideration, the above conduct of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the transfer C.M.P. is disposed of with the following directions: (i) Since the petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S. No.11949 of 2010, pending on the file of III Fast Track Court (XVII Additional City Civil Court), Chennai and the said suit is in the stage of arguments, the petitioner is directed to advance arguments and complete the same by 31.07.2015;
(ii) The respondent/defendant shall advance and complete his arguments on 05.08.2015 and if any reply is sought to be given by the petitioner/plaintiff, it shall be given on that day itself; and (iii) The Trial Court is directed to pronounce the judgment on or before 14.08.2015 and send a report to this Court on 17.08.2015.
No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
