Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to (i) G.O.Ms.No.308, Finance (Treasuries and Accounts I) Department dated 2.11.2011 issued by the Special Secretary to Government, Finance (Treasuries and Accounts I) Department, the first respondent herein, (ii) in confirming the proceedings of the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai-15, the third respondent herein made in Rc.No.42893/2009/Q1 dated 30.11.2009, quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to relax the rule relating to experience of 5 years in favour of the petitioner and promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer in the

Treasuries and Accounts Department with effect from the date of promotion of similarly placed Superintendents in the Treasuries Department for the year 2009-2010 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
