ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking condonation of delay of 277 days in preferring the revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner taking me through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and, in view of his illiteracy, coupled with the fact that he was severely affected by jaundice and severe skin disease, he was unable to prefer the revision in time.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the delay in filing the revision is neither wilful nor wanton. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 11-12-2025 Jd
