ORDER

A representation dated 13.07.2015 was given by the petitioner to the first respondent-District Collector, alleging that the proposed laying of the road may affect the ingress and egress to the petitioner's agricultural land in R.S.No.294/1 in Villarasampatti Village, Erode District and since no orders are passed on the same, he has filed this Writ Petition. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent-District Collector to pass orders on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any aggrieved parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order or within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner enclosing a copy of the said representation. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
