Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner complaint dated 28.06.2021 pending on his file.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021 was enquired in Current Paper and the case has been closed on 15.07.2021.
2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
