Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of petitioner and respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- There is no representation on either side.

This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2016. Only notice was ordered on 17.06.2016 & 11.08.2016. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
