C.M.P.Nos.13407, 13409 & 13411 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD).No.1422 of 2016 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 595 days in bringing on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 5 as petitioners in the above Civil Revision Petition; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the C.Natesa Gounder; to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 5 herein as legal heirs of the deceased C.Natesa Gounder and rank them as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.13407/2021. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the C.M.P.No.13407/2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.13407/2021, the C.M.P.Nos.13409 & 13411/2021 are also ordered.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the Civil Revision Petition after two weeks.
