2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were blessed with a child and since the child is still an infant, it would be difficult for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioners are very irregular and had not complied with the conditions. Therefore, this Court is of the firm view that, this is not an appropriate case to modify the conditions.
