ORDER

The present Writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.04.2022 to release and hand over the title deeds in pursuance to or consequence to sale certificate issued by the 3rd respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that for the same relief, the third respondent/Resolution Professional had already filed an application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai which is subsequently transferred to Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court that the petitioner may be permitted to move before the Debt Recovery Tribunal- III, Chennai.

3. Recording the above submissions and granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
