Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 05.05.2022 made in Ref.No.47474/N2/3/2020, and to quash the same for non inclusion of petitioners names in the panel list and consequently direct the respondents to include the names of the petitioners in the promotion panel list of Health Visitor.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.05.2022 and quash the same for non inclusion of petitioners names in the panel list and consequently direct the respondents to include the names of the petitioners in the promotion panel list of Health Visitor.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already promoted to the post which he sought for.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
