ORDER

In a proposed suit seeking relief in respect of alleged infringement of trade mark and passing off, the intending plaintiff has presented this application seeking leave to institute the suit against respondents 3 to 5. arose substantially within the jurisdiction of this Court when defendant SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna nos.1 and 2 gave an interview and made false representations, respectively, with regard to the use of the impugned marks SANGAM.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that a significant part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicants to sue respondents 3 to 5 before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
