Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments Petitioner and Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:-

2.In this miscellaneous petition, on 23.06.2016, this Court passed the following order :- "In view of clause- 2 of the decree, interim stay is granted in respect of clause - 1 alone. Notice. " Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
