O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the Sub-Court, Kanchipuram.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was already set exparte in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2014 and exparte decree was passed in the year 2015.

3. In view of the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh transfer petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
