This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.5663 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 directing the petitioner/Accused to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5663 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is relaxed.
