By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he is working as a Noon Meal Organiser at the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Keezhmathur, Uthangarai Block, Krishnagiri District and he would state that since his mother-in-law, a resident of Pochampalli is bed ridden and unwell, his wife is taking care of her and residing with her at Pochampalli.

3.The petitioner would further state that there is a vacancy at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Pochampalli and the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent dated 15.07.2015 praying for transfer to the said school. Since no orders have been passed, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
