vehicles, their machineries and other illustrations therein, for free movement of vehicles carrying the finished, semi-finished goods and raw materials, etc., to and from the petitioner's Unit and to take necessary action so as to ensure that no one prevents ingress and egress of the petitioner's employees, personnel, contractors, visitors, vehicles, etc., to and from the petitioner's Unit and that no strike, protest or demonstration of any kind takes place within 500 metres of the petitioner's Unit and the residences of its employees.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's Unit at Nos.359/1 & 2, Kattur Mariamman Kovil Kottai, Adagapadi Village, Dharmapuri - 636 803, Tamil Nadu, their employees, personnel, contractors, visitors, vehicles, their machineries and other illustrations therein, for free movement of vehicles carrying the finished, semi-finished goods and raw materials, etc., to and from the petitioner's 3/7
Unit and to take necessary action so as to ensure that no one prevents ingress and egress of the petitioner's employees, personnel, contractors, visitors, vehicles, etc., to and from the petitioner's Unit and that no strike, protest or demonstration of any kind takes place within 500 metres of the petitioner's Unit and the residences of its employees.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Earlier this Court, by an order dated 07.09.2020 granted interim injunction thereby, restraining the respondents 4 to 37 and its members from holding stay in strike at factory premises of the petitioner/Company at Nos.359/1 & 2, Kattur Mariamman Kovil Kottai, Adagapadi Village, Dharmapuri - 636 803, and preventing movement of staff and officers and other persons and ingress and egress of vehicles carrying finished goods and raw materials, till 13.10.2020 and in case of violation of the injunction order, the second respondent police shall extend the necessary protection to the petitioner unit.
4. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, at present the petitioner/Company itself closed. 4/7
Therefore, nothing survives in this petition to direct the respondents.
5. In view of the above observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
