ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.555/2014 and to a file final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.555 of 2014 was completed and charge sheet is ready.
4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is closed with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and either file a final report before the concerned Court or closure report in accordance with law, under intimation to the petitioner.
