Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the third respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter S.Sarala, aged 17 years before this Court, from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and handover to the petitioner.

M.SUNDRESH,J.,) When the matter was taken up for hearing, placing reliance upon the communication dated 28.05.2019 by the Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after due enquiry, the child was restored back to the petitioner. The said fact was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
