ORDER

The petitioner, claiming to be the owner of the property comprised in S.F.No.56 of Chengappalli Village, Tiruppur District, made representations dated 02.06.2015 and 30.06.2015 to the respondent-authorities stating that the survey of the land in question earlier done, was wrong and hence, he requested for resurvey of the same, and since no action had been taken on those representations, the present Writ Petition is filed. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent-RDO and the second respondent-Tahsildar to pass orders on the above said representations, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if any aggrieved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner enclosing the copy of the above said representations.
